Here we have a knife, fork and spoon set of aluminium and stainless steel with WD (War Department), broad arrow mark and dated 1945. Comparable to the German Göffel set, which however was not in individual pieces. Possibly used in the final phase of WW2, light use, slight age, and storage marks. Marked Richards Sheffield and made from stainless steel in Sheffield England. I assume these sets were kept in the mess tin.
