French WW1 Field Canteen

Here we have a used example of a WW1 M1877 2 litre Canteen, made from tinned steel it has no leaks or dents. Usually but not always covered in a blue wool. Unfortunately the carrying straps and cork are missing. Produced by the P.C. Plombiers Company Paris.

Would make for a good refurbish project!
