Not so recently restored, but great project,
U.S Willys jeep script, made in October 1942
and left behind in Norway post war.
This jeep is a great base for a complete restoration with
alot of history known, even the original paint is visable.
The jeep was post war rebuild to be a driving instructor jeep
for the army, see the passanger side extra holes for the instructor his pedals.
This jeep is a early production with a Script body.
The rear panel is correctly marked ‘Willys’ for the early wartime jeeps.
The engine bay is all correct, Willys engine and most are original parts.
The engine turns,but was not started for years so need complete restoration.
