U.S WW2 Field Canteen 1943 ‘A.P. CO’

Here we offer an original US Military Field Canteen with the original cup and canvas cover from WW2 produced by the A.P. Co (Aluminum Products Co)  The canteen is made of Aluminum or Stainless steel and has a screw-on black plastic cap attached with a chain to the canteen. The bottom is marked U.S. A.P. Co 1943. The canvas cover has two pull snaps and hooks in the back. Canteen is named and has what seems to be an ID number which can make it interesting to research!
