Here we have a Completel U.S WWII BC1000 radio transmitter. These radios are the quintessential WWII radio communications gear. As seen on all battlefields – and used by the Army and the Marine Corps.
The BC-1000 was a portable radio transceiver used by US Signal Corps in World War II. This backpack-mounted unit was the first radio to be nicknamed a “walkie talkie”.
This radio was used post war by the French army, but was made in 1944.

Complete with equipment and long antenna (Including bag), some slight surface rust on the top of the radio cover but does not distract. Missing one fastening loop on the back.
The backpack off the BC1000 radio is complete and in good shape, definately used in the field!
