Here we have a nice and complete U.S WWII U.S.A.A.F (United States Army Airforce) survival tools kit, issued as part of the C1 Survival vest which was in turn issued to Army Airforce Pilots especially during the Pacific area in WW2. This set is complete and in very good condition, manufactured by U.S Lite-Ray Co / Dayton, Ohio. The gaff and hook assembly is in a small 3 X 1-7/8 X 5/8 inch metal box and the spit or a segmented pole is in a 6 six inch long box. Included with the parts is an instruction sheet.
